In accordance with art. 173, 174 and art. 209 of amended legislation of Telecommunication Law (Dziennik Ustaw 21 of December 2012, point 1445) which adapted Polish rules to EU derectives 2009/136/WE and 2009/140/WE we present information about cookie files from our website.
What are cookie files?
Cookies are small files, saved and stored on your computer, pad or smartphone while you surf the Inetrnet. Usually cookie files contain a website name it comes from, time of its existence and a randomly generated unique number to identify the browser the connection comes from.

Our website uses cookies, i.e. information saved by servers on the users data terminal equipment which information can be read by the servers while a user is connected with the data terminal equipment. The website can also use different technologies which features are similar to cookies, or identical with cookies. Information we share here also apply to other similar technologies used within our website.
Our website uses cookies files to:
- adapt sites’ content of the website to users preferences and to optimize sites using; especially cookies help to recognize an user’s equipment and to display the website properly adjusted to individual preferences,
- statistics (information about number of the sites’ visitors, forum and posts amount etc.)

- allows to display news from other websites thematically referred to our website.
Within our websites activity two kinds of cookies files used to be saved:
- cookie files allow the websites to collect data how the website is being used (statistical, analytical)
- functional cookie files allowing chosen by a user setting and personal interface data to save sets, e.g. to choose a language region where a user comes from, font size, website display, fallowing articles, pictures etc.
How does it work?
In many cases Internet surfing software (web browser) allows cookie files saving default in a user/s data terminal equipment. Website users can always adjust settings referred to cookie files. Settings can be adjusted especially to block automatic cookie files’ service in browser’s settings, or to notify they are going to be saved in an users equipment. Detailed information about the cookie files’ feature and specification are available in software settings (web browser). Ignoring cookie files setting means they will be saved in a user’s data terminal equipment and we will save information in a user’s date terminal equipment and have access to them.
Only cookie files using will make number of users, or users preferences data collecting impossible.
Disabling cookie files on our website might make the proper website usage impossible including:
- erroneous external content subpages displaying (e.g. maps)
- incorrect calendar content operations (reservations)
- website’s content language choice.
