LIQUIDATED DAMAGES

1. Lessor is entitled to calculate liquidated damages up to the amount of:
    A. 200 pln (two hundred pln) for each losing or breaking the keys for the motocycle and other parts of the equipment of the motocycle
    B. 600 pln (six hundred pln) for destroying or losing the documents of the motocycle,
    C. 500 pln (five hundred pln) for destroying or losing number plate of the motocycle,
    D. 10 pln (ten pln) for returning the motocycle without full tank – for each missing litre of fuel,
    E. 800 pln (eight hundred pln) for leaving the territory of Poland without Empresa’s permission – for each day spent abroad,
    F. 400 pln (four hundred pln) for exceeding the 24 hours period of prolonging the lease.
    G. Destroying or losing the equipment i. e. gloves or drop leg bag: 100 pln (one hundred pln), helmet: 300 pln (three hundred pln), armour or knee pad/knee pads: 200 pln (two hundred pln), jacket: 400 pln (four houndred) to 800 pln (eight hundred pln) depends on type, extra panniers: 400 pln (four hundred pln) per each.

2. Lessor is entitled to deduct from the deposit with the same amount as the amount of damages.
3. In case of the amount of damages is higher than the amount of the deposit Lessee is obligated to pay the difference.
4. Lessor is not liable for any damages caused by Lessee or third party in the period of leasement.
